Program Overview
High school students may earn college credit while they are still attending high school and enrolled in high school courses. In addition, high school students may earn credit toward a high school diploma. Only students with a 2.5 grade point average (GPA) on a 4.0 scale, or better, on all high school courses are eligible to enroll. There is no obligation on the part of the student to enroll at Coahoma Community College after high school graduation. Credits earned by students enrolled in the Dual Enrollment Program are held until regular admission status is obtained to receive any Federal or Institutional Financial Assistance. All regulations and fee schedules apply to Dual Enrollment Program students as apply to regular students.
