Group Fitness Trainer Hours

Fit for Life Group Fitness Class schedule

Class slots are limited to 15 persons per session. Please sign up for your class to reserve your space. Classes are free and there is no penalty to cancel your session. If you cannot attend, please cancel your session within two hours of your scheduled class so that others can sign up.
