iREAD Book Club

The QEP iRead Book Club is having its monthly book club meeting on November 19th in the Magnolia Room from 12:15 p.m. to 1:15 p.m.  The QEP Book Club students and faculty will be given an opinion survey during that time as the listen to Mrs. Vera Griffin moderate the reading of Tears of a Tiger.

Join us for food and fellowship!

Meet fellow book lovers and share great book-related conversation with students and faculty.  Join the CCC Book Club today!

This year the Book Club celebrates books from “A Woman’s Perspective.”  The first book is an American classic:  I Know Why the Caged Bird Sings, a memorable autobiography of the early life of famous African American author and poet, Maya Angelou.

The first 30 students who sign up for the Book Club will be entered into a raffle for free books! To join, see Mr. David Jones for a membership form.  He can be found in the English faculty offices on the second floor of Whiteside Hall or you can email him at
