Dear Administrators, Faculty, and Staff:

The Division of Student Affairs is excited to begin its year of mentoring.

The 2009-2010 COMPASS mentoring program will foster an atmosphere of positive motivation, inspiration, and realistic goal setting. The attached brochure will give a full synopsis of what is expected of all mentors. We are striving to provide mentors for all freshmen students.

On behalf of the Student Affairs and Student Support Services administration and staff, we would like to extend an invitation to you to become a vital part of this year’s program. This year’s mentoring program promises to be one of the most memorable and enjoyable activities of the school year. We feel that there is no better way to get involved in our students’ lives than assisting them in making life changing decisions through mentoring.
