TO MY FELLOW TIGERS:

It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to Coahoma Community College.  Furthermore, I want to applaud you on one of the many steps that you have chosen to excel in life. I am excited and honored that you have chosen this college for your place of higher education.  Coahoma Community College is one of the fastest growing 2- year institutions in this nation. Coahoma CC is proving that statistic right, every school year, every semester, and in every classroom. With well qualified teachers and administrators, you’ll find that Coahoma has rolled out the “red carpet” for their students.

Here at Coahoma, not only will you experience college life, but also we will let you experience it “Tiger Style.” You’ll find that we will do everything “Tiger Style,” from in the classrooms to Homecoming to the very last day of school.  There is no doubt, in my mind, that you will be satisfied with the activities and festivities that we have lined up for this school year. I can say truly, that we have worked hard to make your first college experience, the best experience possible.  Please understand that we want to assist you in becoming acquainted with other students, faculty, advisors, and sites on the campus and in the community.
