Position Description:(primary functions)
Provide instruction and supervision to students.Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum Associate Degree in Medical Assisting or Nursing from an accreditated school.
- Unencumbered MS License in nursing with a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a medical office or Credentialed Medical Lab Technologist with a minimum of 2 years experience in working in a medical office.
- Proficiency/experience in phlebotomy, EKG, patient intake, medical office/patient procedures, etc.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Must be qualified to provide instruction, supervision, and timely assessments to the student's progress in meeting program requirements in didactic, laboratory, and clinical assignments.
- The instructor will assign and grade assignments, input attendance records, and ensure an effective learning environment through classroom and clinical management.
