Term of Position: 12 Months Full-time Non-exempt
Position Description:(primary functions)
Supervises personnel and the daily activities of the Business Office and the Bookstore. Maintains student accounts on a daily basis as it applies to registration, financial aid, schedule changes, bookstore charges, student grants/scholarships, refunds and other student account related matters.

Accounting or Associated Business DegreeEssential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor/supervise Business Office and Bookstore personnel and functions related to Staff Accountant, Payroll, Accounts Payable, and the Bookstore Manager.
- Provide input and assist in the planning, organizing, and implementation of office policy and procedure revisions.
- Maintain/prepare/process/amend/review documented students’ electronic files for institutional charges, refunds, grants, and adjustments to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory policies and departmental procedures.
- Assist with student registration, billing inquires, and payment plans.
- Effectively communicate with Financial Aid, Student Engagement, Admissions, and other offices concerning students’ accounts as deemed necessary.
- Approve/review purchasing card requisitions, reconciliations, balances and purchasing power. Provide statements to appropriate personnel.
- Review/process accounts payable check dockets.
- Provide/maintain procurement documentation to the Inventory Officer to safeguard and track assets.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
