Position Title: Residential Housing Manager
Department: Student Engagement
Immediate Supervisor’s Title: Director of Housing
Positions Supervised: Resident Assistants
Term of Position: 12 months Full-time; Non-exempt
Position Description:(primary functions)
Manages the daily operations and logistics of campus residence halls and student residential living; implements the polices and procedures of the insitution.Minimum Requirements:
- Experience working with a similar population
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a group and manage student residential assistants
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assists the Housing Director with the supervision of resident assistants for all of the campus residential facilities
- Serves as a conflict mediator of student incidents
- Supervises resident assistants and ensures that the insititution's housing policy is followed
- Serves as the advisor of the dormitory council
