Coahoma Community College National Alumni Association October meeting and officer elections
The Coahoma Community College National Alumni Association invites all alumni to attend our upcoming Fall meeting on Friday, Oct. 23, 2026, at 4 p.m. in the Gallery of the B.F. McLaurin Building. Please note that this gathering is for the National Alumni Association, which is distinct from the recent local CCC Alumni Chapter meetings. All alumni are highly encouraged to join and participate in both.
This is an election year for the Association Officers, and we are currently accepting nominations for the upcoming term. Alumni may nominate themselves or fellow alumni to serve in the following leadership positions:
- President
- Vice President
- Financial Secretary
- Executive Secretary
- Treasurer
How to submit a nomination
All nominations must include the following details for both the nominee and the nominator (if they are not the same person):
- Full name
- The specific position of interest
- Contact information (email address and/or telephone number)
- Years attended or graduation year
Please email all advance nominations to Rita S. Hanfor at rhanfor@coahomacc.edu no later than Monday, Oct. 19, 2026.
For those unable to submit prior to the deadline, floor nominations will also be accepted during the meeting on Oct. 23.
