The Division of Health Sciences has announced that it will hold a graduation ceremony honoring recent graduates of its EMT, Paramedic, EKG & CNA programs. The event is slated to take place on Tuesday, December 7, at 5:00 p.m. in the Pinnacle. COVID-19 protocols will be in place, and attendees are asked to wear masks/facial coverings and practice social distancing.
Dr. William L. Booker, MD, General Family Medicine physician, will serve as guest
speaker.
Booker is a 1982 graduate of the University of Iowa. Currently, he works in Clarksdale and Tunica, MS. He is affiliated with Merit Health Northwest Regional Medical Center. He also serves as the medical director of Aaron E. Henry Community Health Services Center, Inc. Booker has been in practice for over 39 years.
