The Delta Sigma Theta Award goes to a sophomore who exhibits scholastic achievement, good moral character, and versatility.

You may complete ONLY ONE APPLICATION. The application MUST be completed entirely and your college transcript
must be on file along with your completed Financial Aid packet in order for your application
to be considered. You can NOT start and return, THEREFORE, have your letters of recommendation
ready to attach below upon completion of your application. Thank you for submitting
