The criteria for THE DELTA SIGMA THETA SORORITY, INC. FANNIE LOU HAMER SCHOLARSHIP are as follows: The award goes to a sophomore who exhibits scholastic achievement, good moral character, and versatility. Submit two (2) letters of recommendation.
