The Hugh Jack Stubbs Annual Scholarship
The Hugh Jack Stubbs Annual Scholarship provides support to a student that has no other scholarship awards and is a resident of Mississippi two years prior to applying for and receiving the scholarship.

entirely because you can NOT start and return. Thank you for submitting your application.
Criteria:
- The recipient must have no other scholarship awards and be a resident of Mississippi two years prior to applying and receiving the scholarship.
- The recipient must also meet the institution's scholarship minimum requirement of a GPA of 2.0 or better and be a full-time student.
- The recipient must have a low-income financial status according to the financial aid guidelines in the Financial Aid office.
